Completely new, needs some advice

Hey guys, im fairly new to my dvx100a and i can capture fine, but how do i get good quality on my videos on youtube?

what type of settings should i use to export from final cut pro 7

please help, and i understand this thread may be in the wrong place, but i am new to the website too so dont be so hard

depends how long the video is.
how long is your video. if it's not too long you don't need compression so just export as quick time and file size should be less then 2gb
 
well my videos are usualy 2 minutes or more,
they're skateboard films,
i havent uploaded any yet because i have not been satisfied with the quality
how does everyone get such amazing quality with 100a.
