I have a complete Indie Dolly setup for sale - this is the whole Indie Dolly package with extra accessories. For those of you unfamiliar with the system, it's a portable dolly system that utilizes sectional track and a heavy duty skate wheel style dolly. It's a pro system that you don't have to be embarrassed about showing up on professional set with (unlike a lot of home made dolly systems). The track folds up into manageable cases and runs really smooth. The whole thing could easily fit into a standard car - no 10 foot track hanging out the back of a rented pick-up truck anymore! And no more huge doorway dolly to try to lug around to different locations.
The whole thing sets up really quickly and easily, and is incredibly stable. It easily holds an operator and jib system.
Here's what's included:
The Indie Dolly Kit
Operator Seat
Push Bar
12' of Straight Track
13' of Curved Track
Accessory Plate
Leveling Wedges
Travel Cases for Whole System
This kit is in excellent cosmetic and functional condition - there is only one small issue with the rolling case for the Dolly Kit, where one of the support pegs broke off so it won't sit up perfectly straight. Other than that the whole kit is really great and awesome to work with.
I'm asking $1500 cash OBO, all reasonable offers will be considered. Brand new this whole kit would cost around $2500.
This would probably be pretty expensive to ship, but if you want to deal with shipping, we could work something out. I am located in Los Angeles for any locals who would be interested in picking this up. I might also consider full or partial trades for a Super 16mm or 35mm camera package.
Best,
Alex
