Compensating flat shot footage to match Cine V footage

I just finished a shoot, and just realized that someone had switched my scene file to 0 settings on the last day, so it doesn't match the rest of the footage, which was shot in Cine V. Is there an exact way to compensate in post to match them up? I usually work with Apple color, and could probably eyeball it to match it up, but is there a faster, easier way?

It seems like you're asking a couple of different things here. The settings can still be 0 with the same gamma (Cine V). Are you wanting to match the gamma or the other settings? And are you sure the gamma was even different?

Not just the gamma, I had been shooting at Scene file 5, the stock "Cine V" scene file, and it got switched to Scene file 1 for the last day.

Ok. Also, there is no difference between the final product of something shot in video mode at 720/24pN at 1/48th shutter and something shot in film cam mode at 720/24pN at 180 degree shutter right? It's just the display options for the camera isn't it?

I don't think you'll see any difference, unless you shot variable frame rates -- and in theory, you still shouldn't.
