Compelte FS100 and HVX Settings

Hey all, I've been searching these forums for days now and I've finally decided to join so I can help out others as much as they've helped out me. I just got my HVX and a Firestore and I've been doing some experimenting with it but I've been having some problems.

I was wondering if there is any way we can post the exact settings needed on the FS and the HVX to get them working correctly when recording and exporting to FCP. I'd really appreciate it. There are so many different threads with different settings that it is confusing the crap out of me. Thanks.
 
Hi,

I would recommend that you download the latest FS-100 QuickStart guide from http://www.focusinfo.com/support/downloads.asp (then select Product User Manuals and the QS guide is the top selection). This covers the HVX/FS-100 settings to get up and running. Also, I would recommend you download the FS-100 FCP Workflow Guide at http://www.focusinfo.com/support/faq_topics.asp , select FS-100 and it is currently the forth issue down.

Please also ensure you have the latest system firmware on your FS-100. Check the software downloads page also on the Focus support site.
