Comparison between Hpx300 & PDw335 !

perhaps he meant a DIRECT FOOTAGE LINK (where we can evaluate it exactly how does it work & whats the result of RED carpet flash coverage) rather then like The US fake Human lunar landing TV coverage. :D

I'm guessing you'd had to ask fresh DV for a DIRECT FOOTAGE LINK. That piece was shot and put together by Fresh DV. Panasonic has stated the Firmware update would be due out this summer.

The Footage was played out from Jan P2 Card so she is the one who own the footage & can always help us by uploading it somewhere where we might download the original MXF file !

will JAN help here ????????????????????????? i wonder why JAN is hiding the footage from public eye for so long :(

We owned an F350 for about 10 months and traded it in for the PDW-700 once they had done the software upgrade. We did a working review of it which shows the camera being used in all kinds of environments (many of them quite harsh) for all types of work. It was without a doubt an excellent workhorse and performed without fault. Not having used an HPX 300 I can’t comment on how they compare, but the review should help shed light on how the F300 series cameras work out. If you are properly set up for XDCAM HD then it’s a quick and easy workflow to use. We are a busy studio with many projects on the go and we have never had any issues with this workflow. Should you read the review I hope you find it informative and helpful.

Why is it that this sort of question is asked in such an offensive way? I have been a busy person with a broken arm. Why not just politely ask in a PM? Like" Jan, there are a number of us that would like to see the FBC footage raw, any chance you could up upload that?" Why is it that you need to imply that I am hiding something, when it is apparent I am not engaged in this thread. I mean do you see that I have posted a single response here? Maybe, just maybe, I haven't been reading it, did that ever occur to you?

This footage will be included in the short that Mike Caporale is producing for me. With luck, that will be done in a couple of weeks. Let me see what I can do to show it because even to do that I have to load it into an edit system and lable it and spit it back out as an MXF so that every one can view it. And I wouldn't put it out here unlabeled due to the potential for confusion. I am not an editor and all of that takes time. But I will see what I can do.
