Comparing noise of FS100 and 60D

Why does the FS100 footage not get brighter as you increase the gain? Not sure how you can conclude anything from this?
I'm guessing it was shot on auto exposure so the camera was compensating to maintain the correct exposure but you can see the noise level increasing in relation to the gain. You can conclude that even at very a high gain, the noise level is acceptable. And that you can't really compare 60D to FS100 in all fairness.
It was not auto exposure. I tried to keep exposure on the same level (from ISO = 640-3200 on the 60D, below the 60D is just too dark) using the histogram on the 60D and zebras/histogram on the FS100. I didnt get it right perfectly but it´s fine for noise comparison.
As jetswing said, the only way you´re able to conclude anything is to maintain exposure levels because brightly lit areas are not as noisy as dimly lit areas. 24 DB can be acceptable if you get a very bright picture, but in a lowlight scenario it would be too noisy.
The whole picture is kept underexposed on purpose to get an idea how it would look especially for narrative work where often some parts of the image are severely underexposed.
My personal conclusion is: Using the FS100 for professional narrative work, 9 DB is max without denoising (ISO 2000+ compared to Canon DSLRs which are unusable at that ISO rating). 18 DB is max for documentary work without denoising.
What I also learned is that the FS100 @ 0 DB might be real ISO 500 but many of us are familiar with Canon DSLRs and their ISOs, so it´s good to know ISO 800 on a Canon = 0 DB on the 100.
The 100.......getting epic goosebumps saying that
