Compare GH1 footage from Pro Res and AIC

OK, earlier, I posted my first video shot with my new GH1 and quicly edited in iMovie, no color correction.

I juts took a few of the same clips, again, no color correction - but this time, I imported via Pro Res and edited in Final Cut Pro. Exported via Compressor. I still do not think I am exporting in the best way, I am working on that. Let me know if you have insights!

I would love to know if you prefer one or the other, AIC or Pro Res...

I prefer ProRes LT. There is no difference between LT and HQ (or standard) for GH1 picture quality. I do not like AIC or Proxy (duh.) I see a substantial quality difference between AIC and ProRes LT, discernible in my normal editing window and painfully obvious upon full screen playback or a zoom in.

Would you take a look at the Final Cut version, it's very short, and please tell me how it looks on vimeo to you. I have been working all night on this and I can't even see it anymore.

Thanks so much Ben for looking at the video and for the feedback! Are you on FCP7? I am on FCP6, I have been asking around if it is worth moving up to FCP7 or should I wait for the next upgrade?
