I have a Commlite adapter that has the reflection problem fixed with black flocking paper inside.
(Commlite adapter is famous for working well but having occasional light reflections. Happy to say this one DOES NOT!)
As long as you don't need Autofocus features, this thing works quite well adapting my Canon lenses to my A7S, especially when I need IS. Picture coming soon.
