Commlite Adapter, which one?

Hey guys,
I have been doing a lot of reading and research on the forum and also other places. I'm getting my A7S soon and have decided to go with a Commlite adapter for my EF lenses. I've noticed that there are two versions - an older one and a newer one.

But I have yet to see any links on where to purchase the recent model

Can someone be so kind as to let me know if this is the one I want to buy

Yes, thats the one. The difference between old and new version is, that the old version doesnt cover fullframe. The hole in that one is round, the new one is Square and covers full Frame.

will warn you about the adapter, its great but you need flocking paper(you can find it online for about 20-30$) or else in strong side light situations you will get crazy lens flares/light leaks.
