the frame rate determines your motion rendering along with your shutter speed setting. it doesnt matter what you shoot you commercial in.. choose whichever on you think you wan the look of, or what will suit your production needs the best . 24p has more filmic motion. 30p is still somewhat filmic, but a little smoother.
