Commercial to film what do I do?

Ok so I pitched the idea to a potential client of having a new 60 sec commercial run before the trailers start at the movies. The spot would run in every theater in every screen in the city for four weeks. This spot would run 9,072 times in the course of four weeks. The company who handles all this would do the transfer and want it in digiBeta and in 16:9. Here come the technical questions:

What do I do? Should I shoot with the anamorphic adaptor (I don’t have one) and transfer to digiBeta (is that possible?) but then run the risk of having depth of field problems (I read the adapter user guide) or shoot in letterbox mode and have resolution issues. Or should I rent a digiBeta camera? Please help?

Thanks

1 you could rent the lens, usually around $50 a day.
2, I personally use the adapter for wide shots, anything that has a lot spacial information in it, and small onscreen characters. For closer up shots, and others that need shallower Dof I shoot 4:3 and crop in post.
