Commando Country - exhibition piece

Hi Folks

Here is a 10 min piece pretty far removed from my wedding work.

It was produced for the Scottish War Museum to accompany an exhibit about Commando training in the highlands during World War II.

The helicopter footage was given to us by BBC Aberdeen and was originally used for a series called Scotlands Secret War. Stock footage is from the Imperial War Museum.

Both interviews were shot with the DVX in interlaced mode.

I've put it up on YouTube so the quality has taken a fair old hit and for some reason the lip sync has gone a bit pear shaped. It's also best to switch the youtube viewer to the smaller size as that helps out a bit.

let me know what you think.

I took an msc course at heriot! stayed one full year (lived for 10 months in a flat near murrayfield and the rest at the campus). I also took a 'memories trip' with 2 of my buddies from the msc last year and revisited rockin edi to pay homage to our good times! we went during the beltane fire festival!

man you brought back some wonderful memories!
