What’s the movie about? Comfort is a story about redemption. Comfort follows Larry Sunder as he tries to reconnect with his drug-addicted sister, Matilda, following his mother’s passing. A former drug addict himself; Larry must battle with his own personal demons as he desperately tries to save his sister from a dangerous lifestyle he himself ushered her into. Larry has to weigh his responsibility to the old family he abandoned and the new family he created with his wife, Honey, and infant son, Benjamin. Nobody is innocent in the world of Comfort; every character fights with addiction. Whether it is physical or mental, each character is at the mercy of his or her compulsions.

Principal photography is slated to begin December 13th and run through December 20th. I am writing you asking if you would be willing to aid us in promoting our kickstarter campaign. It has been live since 11/10 and we have since raised 25% of our intended goal. For those who are unfamiliar with Kickstarter, it is a digital form of crowd-funding, I.E. all the money raised is through donations. Kickstarter is also do or die, which means We have 19 days left for us to reach our goal, and if we fail, we receive none of the donated money, and all funds are returned to their respective owners.
