combining 59.94fps and 23.976fps clips

I'm using an HVX200 and am editing on Avid Xpress Pro HD and have a few clips that were shot in 24p (from an FS-100), but the rest (shot on a P2 card) were filmed in 24pN. Unfortunately, I don't know how to combine the clips into one project and edit everything at once. Is there any way that I can either combine the different formats or convert the 24p clips (59.94fps in Avid) to 24pN clips (23.976fps in Avid).

I did a little bit of research on this and found solutions like the raylight decoder and EDIUS Systems, but there must be some way that I can do this 1) for free and 2) in Avid

Depending on whether you want to edit in a 24fps timeline or a 60fps timeline, you have a couple options: http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showpost.php?p=886348&postcount=5
