I'm currently in production for a short, almost $0 budget, web series. Just trying to get some word out before the release of episode one in a few weeks..
Synopsis:
"Colt" follows a recently orphaned, seventeen year-old by the name of Cole. Having a mother with a CIA background and a father from the US Army, Cole has been trained in the ways of self-defense. After the murder of his parents by an unknown assailant, Cole was forced to live in hiding; but now, that secrecy stands to be outed when a turn of events thrust Cole into a downward spiral and into the crosshairs.
Here's the poster:
We don't really have a legitimate trailer, and we aren't going to make one either since it's just a short web series, but we do have this "mini-trailer" that basically introduces the main character.
And a couple ungraded screen grabs. They are low-quality screen grabs and have been uploaded through TinyPic, which compresses like crazy; so, sorry for the terrible quality.
I may post more in the next few days, and graded at that. It's a pretty generic and cliche story/screenplay, but either way, it's fun to make. You prestigious filmmakers here will probably think this is bad, but let me know what you think.
