I need a reasonably priced, but experienced colorist to grade some poorly lit footage of a Buddhist nun giving a lecture that is being used on a DVD by my employer. They were not happy with the grade I did (I'm by no means a colorist), so I'm looking for a more professional solution. We don't have the budget to go to a major company, so I'm reaching out here. Footage is DVCAM Standard NTSC 29.97, I cut it in Premiere CS5 and can export to whatever format suits you. If there is anyone using Colorista II or Color Finesse professionally, that would be easiest because I work with both of these and instead of mailing large files around, small clips and settings could just be electronically exchanged. I'm not attached to this, I'm assuming that anyone working with resolve or with a true color station could yield the best results. It is about 1hr of footage, mostly stationary. Please contact me at Ivan@shambhala.com for more details, sample stills, etc and if you can provide a reel or samples of your work, rates, details of your workflow, that would be great.
Thank you,
