GH4 Color question

Was wondering what can be done to emulate this look with my GH4. Do you guys think their camera white balance was set to tungsten, giving the bluish hue in this image from the overhead fleurescents? Or strictly added blue into the shadows in post?

btw the image is from Beyonce's new visual album "Lemonade" in case anyone was wondering.
