GH2 Color grading for a more organic look

Thought I would take a stab at trying to create an organic look through color grading, and shooting in a particular direction to take the most advantage of magic hour light.

So what's the setup? Reflector bouncing light? What lens/ISO/aperture? Nice feel. I dig it. I love everything about simple natural looking light.

I actually just used the window, which is the only source of light in that basement. I really need to invest in some reflectors / lighting equipment. As of now, I only own 2 cheap Smith Victor lights. Aperture was wide open, I just used the ND Fader to cut light, ISO was at 640.

Another quick test here to see Flow Motion in action in very low light, 1600 iso. There's definitely noise... but overall still pretty clear. You have to download to see any shadow detail though.

Just got a reflector and now kicking myself for not getting it sooner! This is by far the best investment outside of my Sigma 30mm lens. Really digging flow motion again here, this patch I feel, reaches the pinnacle of quality, efficiency and consistency on the GH2.

haha, yup, looks great! FLOWMOTION 2.02 IS SICK!! what are you using for a camera setting? in terms of like vivid, smooth, nostalgic, cinema, ect... and what are you grading in for software?

I'm using smooth -2,0-2-2 and MBL for grading. I put up a video a few days ago explaining my grading workflow, which I used in this video as well.
