Color Grading feedback?

Hi, everybody!
I just finished shooting three tv-spots for an association supporting veteran soldiers with post traumatic stress disorder.

I was hoping you guys could help me with some feedback on the color grading. I've put together a sample of some random shots for you to see:

Color Grading Example

I have roughly graded these shots, but I'm afraid they're too cliché. I suspect that the client will like it, but I want to try something different.

Do you have any suggestions or comments? Thanks!

Nice looking footage. My first thought was that the footage looked "bleak". Kind of a cold eastern European feel. For my own tastes, I would warm it up a bit. At least until the shower scene, where the stark white tiles could provide a stark contrast to the rest of the footage.

I loved the look you got... To me some of the skin tones are a bit green.

I guess I'd try getting the skin tones to be more natural and going further on the clothes and background.

Nice shooing.

i think the footage looks great,

would you mind posting some before and after stills? I really like the blueish look you got going on in the bathroom and would like to give it a go with the before and after to match it.

Bit of a bleach bypass type of treatment.... spent about 2 sec on it using FCP CC but you get the idea.

yea i agree - i think the footage is amazing. i love the pale look and desaturation as it works great with the piece. really good looking footage!

I think it looks great you can go this way or the other direction upped saturation and blacks for a more Super16 look.

I think it looks pretty good a few more passes perhaps.

Thanks a lot everybody!
I can post some before and after stills later today.

I guess I will go either for an even bleaker look, like you did THX-1138 (thanks) or for a warm saturated look.

I'll be back with grabs.

Color treatment was fine and I wouldn´t be afraid of clichés.
Norwegian weather probably look better treated like "Private Ryan" than "Black Hawk Down", just my 2c...
