Can anyone recommend a collimator to buy for use for our EFP cameras that I use for my day job ?
Century makes one:

has anyone used this ? I've never used one -- but I'm encouraging our engineering dept. to purchase one cuz I don't trust their's and my eye with a backfocus chart in the field.
It seems that the collimator is used in place of the lense to check the depth flange ?? Can anyone explain how this works ?
Well, I adjust backfocus on our pro lenses with a ring on the lense (near the macro ring). If the collimator is used in place of the lense ... how then do you adjust the lense for backfocus ?
Thanks,
Jay
