College Commercial. Please critique. Thanks!

The quality of the video and audio are very good. The music sounds generic, but what's expected in these kind of clips. I guess you could experiment with something more upbeat if it bothers you.

The hand-held/rocking back and forth is distracting. A tripod and a still subject would have been much better.

What distracts me:
The viewer is directly addressed, but Giovanni is not looking into the camera (is he reading the text?). The left side of his face would benefit from some bounced light. A big reflector/bounce board would also have given him a nice reflection in his eyes, if positioned correctly.
It is a nice, basic setup, Giovanni seems to be a nice guy, but the lighting is just not very flattering for him.
Still, the GH3 renders a nice image;)

The rocking back and forth was making me sea-sick (OK, maybe not that bad). It is good for the subject to be animated but not swaying so much with the camera following.

...and please if you're not going to hire a sound guy (which is fine if that's you're preference) still take the time to learn how to hide a mic.
Nothing screams low budget to me than seeing a mic on camera unless its news.

Great image, bounce lighting would have been better for the dark side of his face, I don't mind seeing the mic. In my experience audiences don't care if they see it as long as it's not a dramatic piece, but that's my 2c. Audio sounds great. The rocking was maybe a little much.

I think I'd like a little more dramatic sounding music. Something commanding a little more power and I would continue the music through the logo, but that may just be my personal style. Also, I'd pop up a cool little graphic showing the facebook link when he mentions it at the end.

These are all nitpicks. I think you did a good job on the video overall. The image is very good, and has a pleasing composition.

There were no distractions from your subject's message -- and that's what matters.

Frankly, I've seen Congressional ads in the 2012 cycle that were two hundred times worse than what you've done here.

So -- it looked good, and I paid attention to your subject -- so I'd call it a good job and a success!
