Collected Masterworks Vol. 1

Stye in my eye
So as I was going through my bloated file drawers, I found a bunch of old scripts and notebooks with notes from scripts. Some were scripts I shot years ago, with scenes that I had never shot, and completely forgotten about, as well as scripts I never shot. Some were half-written scripts, others were outlines, or barely-legible hand-written ideas scratched randomly and furiously onto notebook paper. As I went through these lost relics, I was hit with inspiration. What if I actually shot some of these scripts? So I'm going to actually do it, and compile some of these scenes into a short film (maybe 20-30 minutes) mixed in with little back story bits, where I talk about the film/scene and what's going on, and whatnot. It'll be done with ironic, retrospective eyes. So what I'm going to do, as of now, is shoot a whole short script I didn't make, shoot a select scene or two from other longer scripts (that never got made), shoot deleted scenes that I never shot, re-make an older short that did get made (based on the untouched original script), include the one scene I shot from my failed feature film attempt, and maybe even throw in a brand new short film, made specifically for this. This will probably be a side a project that I will work on periodically. "Collected Masterworks Vol. 1" is a tentative title, of course.
