"Cold Calls": TRIBECA / Delta Online

Jack those other films don't come close. The Green Film is pretty funny but Cold Calls is better.

The trailer rocks. :) I never knew my vote for this as the best script of DVX User Scriptfest I would start this project on such an amazing journey...

(OK, just prove my vote didn't start this. PROVE IT!!!11 :D )

But seriously, this was a great film, with a great crew taking a great script and just making it... um, more great, I guess. Or is that "greater," i dunno.

Anyway, +1 to the vote.

I watched the film first and actually saw the trailer last. Man this was awesome. Kudos to your actors...funny funny stuff. Loved the opening shot of the house. There was absolutely nothing to complain about....I gave it 10 stars.... Ok 5....but it wouldn't take my second vote for some reason.

Great job.

Isn't Jack's work ALWAYS equivalent with a 5 stars rating? This film just proves it once more.

Now go get into TFF '09, so I can scream from the crowd "I know THAT guy!" and bask in your glory while your not looking.

Ben Bailey is an amazing comic!! I have to see the finished product!!

I saw him at The Stress Factory in New Brunswick, NJ. He had the entire audience laughing for 2 hours straight. He only had about 45 minutes of material... the remaining 1hr 15 minutes was simply Ben creating jokes ON THE FLY by working the crowd. I have never laughed harder or enjoyed myself more at that club.

Thanks for the views and comments.

Hey I will have to work on that, this version is not on Vimeo or motion box. Plus, I'm concerned I might be breaking some rule - right now everyone is screening on that little 4X3 box. Some might claim it's unfair for the rating process if we put up 1080 versions on our own. I will definitiely be putting this version on MotionBox and will have it up for a brief sneak after the contest

Hah LOL, FU dude

Hey I had on a nice button down western shirt and jeans. I do look like I just rolled out of bed here or out of the drunk tank, but that's because one of my pockets is unbuttoned from dispensing business cards and my shirt and bag and everything are all crooked.

Plus no one really dresses up for festivals like this. So I was rocking my disheveled filmmaker look I guess, which actually seemed pretty well put together 14 hours earlier in the hotel room mirror. :)
