Coen Brothers switching to Premiere Pro CS7 for the next feature film!

Interesting......CS7 hopefully has better AAF (avid) file extension links then current CS6. Funnily enough its FCP7 XML is pretty solid for bringing into post houses. Maybe they intend going that route.

I've worked all week going back and forth between AE, PP and Protools and it's a lovely suit. It's way easier to do post than it was before I switched to Adobe.
 
ups i just bought an upgrade from CS5.5 Production Premium to CS6 production premium, and now with in a few weeks its history? i feel bad now
 
Is there a lot of software purchases without first checking to see what the timeline is like for new releases? I mean, I'd love a new MacBook right now, but I already know the new models are being announced in June...be silly of me to purchase next month if I'd be interested in the latest model.
 
I'm an Adobe Cloud member. I used to buy the programs, but I love the options I get with the Cloud membership like being able to upgrade to the latest version. Can't wait for CS7 now.
