No experience with it. However, the aviator jib is not much more money, and sounds vastly superior. Of course, you have to decide if the extra $178 is worth it or not. FWIW, the reviews on the aviator are good.
 
Aviator is the way to go. Has a 360 degree pan as opposed to 180 degree of the Cobra. It weighs 3.5lbs instead of 15 lbs, yet holds the same weight. Collapses to 2 feet. No on the fly tilt like the Cobra, but the cobra's tilt doesn't look that usable. The Aviator has its own pan base, so you can skip the head when backpacking, or bring it along and use it on the camera end. Reach is about the same.

Thanks OldCorpse and keylight. I've not heard of the Aviator in my recent research. Sounds promising. I'll definitely add it to my list.
