Lemme know what you think guys. This is the trailer for my thesis film, I just graduated from the Brooks Institute of Photography. The film will be finished in late October. The film is currently being colored, mixed, and composed for at the moment. I hope you all enjoy

Hey!

The cinematography is awesome, it has a very filming look, the story is mostly there, feels like the trailer could be compressed some.

I love the shots, I'm studying it and learning from it :)

Cinematography looks great.

I'm shooting something on ice this winter and I was wondering how it was? What did you have to adjust to, how did you adjust, etc. Thanks.

Again, looks great.

Before production, we got most the crew on ice, just to get a feel for it and what to expect on set. We actually built a dolly sled to cover some of the hockey sequences. It's the same idea of what the film Miracle did to capture most of the moving shots on ice

The movie looks interesting. It looks like you have some great characters in the story. The actors are all right. Just from what I saw, the father and son seems like a compelling relationship. You created a solid villain (Coach).

As for the trailer. hmmm. It can be cut up a lot better than that. It went on to long. You told me the story in the trailer. I know to much. Be careful with that. What's sad is that in the hollywood business, they do it sometimes too. What's weird is, the first 25 seconds was boring. I did not think that this short was even worth viewing. Then I waited. When you start to dive into the characters and their stories, that's when I knew that this short has potential. If you still have time, go back and shorten it. If you're shooting a short film, your trailer does not need to be a Feature Length trailer.

Good Luck. Lets us know when the final cut is finish.
