This is the full kit (Camera Motion Research Blackbird Camera Stabiliser Kit)which includes the stabiliser itself, all the weights though one of the very small weights is missing ( this won't affect balancing at all as it's very easy to move the weight distance up and down to get perfect balance), a table stand and tripod stand (for leaving the stabiliser and camera balanced), a kickstand (for leaving the stabiliser and camera on the floor) and a tripod mounting quick release adapter for the quick release plate and of course the padded foam bag for it all to go in. I'm also including a manfrotto quick release adapter and plate which I find is very useful. I balance the camera with the quick release plate on it and then can easily take the camera off and put it on ready to go with no adjustments. The stabiliser itself has some marks and scuffs for instance on the quick release plate but no damage and is in perfect working order. It really is an excellent, professional flyer, balances very well and quickly and is a real step up from the cheap stabilisers out there if you want smooth, consistent, flowing movement with your camera. Many consider it more stable and easier and faster to adjust than the Steadicam Merlin, plus the kickstand and variable friction are a real bonus.
