Our first short film shot with the HVX200 is now online. The short comedy is about a comedian who gets called up to Heaven prematurely in order to help God with His comedy act.
Thanks to all of the input here, I was able to fashion some very mobile and nice chinese balls onto garment racks that we could move around quickly. We only had four hours to shoot 14 pages. It was outrageous. But the HVX worked great and the actors were wonderful. Often times it was one take and on to the next shot. Thank goodness the actors were professionals and up to the task.
It was a nice simple project to begin our high-def productions. Upcoming we have a six-part web series and more shorts before we embark on shooting five features.
You can see the film in its entirety (14 mins) online at the ClubGodMovie.com
You can also watch it at You Tube - Part 1 and Part 2 as well as God Tube.
You can read more about this and future productions at our website and blog. Thanks everyone for their generosity and wealth of info here at this website. Barry and all of the contributors have been great!
