FS7: clouds contrast yellow filter polarizer grey/black-white

I want to catch different clouds on film. How can I get the best picture?
I want to separate different kinds of clouds. cirrus, cumulus, cirrus homogenitus, stratos, altocumulus etc. I also try to separate contrails (not chemtrails, no conspiracy!!!) from the natural clouds.
Will be filming during daytime.

What would be the best setting for my FS7? Any suggestions? Log or no log, color or black and white, (with yellow filter or polarizer)?

Thanks!

I don't know, but this list of Wratten filter might be informative.

Now that you mention it, I think it would look really cool to use a beam splitter with one camera recording a normal image and a second cam paired with a Wratten 15 filter to be blended in as a luminescence layer. But you might be able to get a similar result in post with RGB curves in a luminescence layer.
