ClipWrap equivalent for Windows wanted...

Thank you Priit.

That file worked ( extracted) fine.

Now I just need to get the Net Framework "thing" sorted.

Cheers for New Year
C

BTW -the Dropbox link from Priit only works for me with a right click.

EDIT:

All fine after I sorted NetFramework 4.
Now I can get on with exploring this application and make it work for my purpose.
ie. Re wrap mts files from the AF102 so I can use them in Da Vinci Resolve.

EDIT 2:

I have had success using this workflow to make prores422 files from mts source files ( on a Windows machine no less).

I now can use Priits solution or Thomas Worths 5dto RGB solution and I can use the files in Da Vinci Resolve ( which was my purpose).

I need to explore them both a little further to fine tune the workflow and for greater understanding of them.. but for now...I have a working solution.

I also need to check if timecode is being "carried through" from source file.

I just tried Pritts solution: Converting my AVCHD footage *.MTS via AnotherGUI with ffmpeg-git-f514695 into MOV with 'Copy codecs into QuickTime Mov container' for use in Davinci Resolve 8.2.

This process works really fast.. and I have a MOV file almost the same size 232MB (Source was 244MB). I tested the file in Quicktime Pro viewer version 7.7.1 (1680.42), plays fine... Also tried it in Premiere Pro CS5.5.. also works.

However the problem starts inside Resolve, I login go to browse and locate the folder with my MOV file, when I click on the folder, ERROR:

QTDecoder.exe has stopped working

Problem signature:

Any ideas??

I found the updated ffmpeg-git... http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/

So ran the test again with both the new 32bit version and 64bit version:

32bit version - ffmpeg-git-1eabd71-win32-static
64bit version - ffmpeg-git-1eabd71-win64-static

But both times the AnotherGUI software was unable to make the MOV file successfully. Ie a step backwards on the older ffmpeg-git-f514695-win32-static version.

:(

I know this thread seems to be dead for awhile but i'm having the same issue and want to know what peoples final workflow ending up being? I'm using a PC with no access to an apple for clipwrap. I do preferred a single easy to use solution like clipwrap.
yes I see the link to winrewrap but i haven't used it. I have searched for comments or reviews on it and I can't find anything.

thanks
