Clips out of order

I am currently using the Main Concept AVCHD--DVCProHD transcoder, with pretty good success.

Howerver, recently when I transcode a project that has 20 to 30 clips, when I drop the transcoded file into my project file in Premier Pro CS3, the clips are out of sequence. For example, going from the top down, it may be sorted like clips 1, 2, 3, 17 , 18, 21, 23.

This means that I have to manually put them in order as I drop them onto the timeline, either 1 by 1. What a PITA that is! Really slows me down.
All I am doing, is once the files or clips are transcoded, I drop the "Contents" file into my PPro CS3 project file, and go.

Why can't I drag and drop all transcoded clips and have them in the correct sequence they were shot in, same as when I work with tape? This is a relatively new problem.

Thanks in advance!
