Hey Guys,

It's been a long long time since I've posted on these boards, but back in the day, all I did was sit on here and read... It's where I learned a lot of what I now know. I've been busy and haven't been back in a while, but I wanted to share some footage from my now finished feature "A Proper Violence." (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1668027/)

We will be releasing an official trailer soon, but for now we have a little audience reaction video with some clips from the film.

Film was shot on the HVX with a brevis adapter, using nikon still primes... Budget was too low to post on here ;) (if you're curious you can PM me, provided you aren't a film buyer).

Thanks for checking it out, and let me know what you think.

I have to say, we had our 'market premiere' at the Cannes Marche du Film, and blown up to the big screen I was AMAZED at how well the HVX/Brevis footage held up. I know with the DSLR revolution going on, the setup might now be antiquated, but it really puts out some awesome results. We had some people who actually thought it was 35...

- Chris (I both shot and directed the film...)

PS. If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer :)
