Clip speed ramping

I have used the timewarp effect and motion effect - but is there a way to ramp the speed of a clip up and down using keyframes in avid?
 
not true..... you can do it in Xpress pro but you do need to get Boris Continuum Complete. It is an AVX plug in package that will give you many of the tools you do not get with Xpress but do get with Adrenaline. Including completely customizable speed ramping capabilities.

I guess what I should have said is that there's no way to do it in Xpress Pro for under $800. :huh:
