I thougt I was shooting in 720p with an aspect ratio of 1280x720 but when I drop the clip in the timeline it says it is 960x720 which is 4x3. What could I be doing wrong? OK I went back and read the book but don't really understand the Book
"720p uses a luma grid (?) of 960x720. This represents a pre-filter (?) fromthe square-pixel HD standard of 1280 x 720; image will be expanded back to 1280 x 720 on playback".
