clip needed - underwater shot

to finish a film, I need about 30 seconds of underwater footage (coral, fish, etc) - I contacted a place on-line and they quoted $2G for this. I would rather fly to the tropics, rent an underwater casing unit, shoot, and fly back for this price. Anyway, any suggestions on where I can find dirt cheap stock footage of this nature to fill in an important moment in the film when the protagonist jumps into the water?
