Clip joining problem

Having alot of problem with the timeline on points where clips are joined for transitions, have clips from three cameras hmc151, GH1 and GH2 and have the GH2 clip as the main clip. My problem is that on the points where i've added the HMC151 clip or the GH1 clip, the clips seems to "vibrate" or hang, jump or repeat some earlier frame, i don't know what is causing this since i've been joining clips in FCP and never seen this happening before. All help appriciated.

Are these clips still in their native H.264 format?
What hardware are you on?
Could just be a playback issue, not the actual footage.

I used Clipwrap before i got them to the timeline. It is an Imac 2,8 intel core duo with 4 gig ram. After exporting to quicktime the problem is there in the end file, but when i try with a new sequence with shorter clips the joints are smooth, i was also thinking that it was a playback issue, but that it appears in the final file make me think that it is not.
