Here's a framegrab from a video I'm doing for a local rasta artist.
The first clip is the original DV footage, the second is after post.
shutter speed is 1/24, in 24p adv (F6) on the dvx100a.

yeh thats nice, i like the flowers in the foreground, and he contrasts nicely within the frame... wearing a black tshirt n all.

i just wonder if a shorter depth of field might help the shot a little

Nice shot.

Good point about the shorter depth of field, it would be cooler if the trees were a little blurry.

Also, in color correction I like the way the flowers look softened, but I would also make the sky richer and a little more blue.

Just kidding, if it is hip-hop finally someone is mixing up the environment. Can't wait to see the video (will it prove me wrong?.)

Its a reggae artist from chicago. no bling bling in this one. I appreciate any suggestions, because I'm still a beginner at this. I started playing with digital filmtools in after effects, so i might tweak it a bit more
