Clip Browser issue!

When using the clip browser ver 2.6, when I try to set the Mark in/out points I get the following message:

Failed to set Mark In/Out points.
Reason: You don't have a right to access the file or writing is prohibited for the file.

This is a new problem. I never had that problem before. No anti-virus or firewall is installed. WIN 7 Professional.

Found the solution. Win 7 tends to lock files and folders without anybody wanting it. Another annoying and useless initiative of Windows 7. The only way to resolve this annoyance is to right click on the drive and set the security option to athorising everything. The entire drive will be unlocked. This will prevent Win 7 from blocking anything.
