Has anyone heard of Caliente Video? I'm looking to get a Mac dual 2.0 Ghz for NLE.
Anyone know of any other places to get good pricing?

Sorry, It's a vendor. I’m looking at getting a Mac NLE system from them. Their website is www.calientevideo.com

Kinda hard to tell how good of a price you get from them compared to just purchasing direct from apple. Sure, they say you can "save up to 10%", but you've got to call them just to get a price. Sounds kinda sketchy. One of the main turnkey system vendors is Promax (link). They've been doing it for a long time.
Also, if you're a student, apple supposedly has some sort of student developer program where you can save 20% off apple systems. Membership is like $100, but you could save many times that if you're buying a lot.
