Clicking noice in audio playback

I've noticed that I'm getting a clicking noise in some of the footage I have shot.. It is a continual thing, every couple of seconds. I didn't notice this when I shot footage earlier today - any idea what could be causing this?? thanks.

Any chance of a few seconds to listen too? It could be a thousand different things. We need more information on what/where/when you shot what you shot.

It was inside, just shooting some zoom-in/zoom-out closeup footage (24pa). Here is an audio sample.. there was no background sound when I was filming, but somehow there is a clicking sound. Here is an audio sample:

It sounds like a cable somewhere is a tad loose. If you ever plug an audio cable in when a signal is present you can sometimes hear this sound. Internal or external mic?

Internal mic on the camera.. it is odd because most of the footage I captured did not have this sound.
