my dvx has been having some trouble recognizing the tape when putting it in the camera. The tape icon flashes. When i use the camera as a vcr to view dailies and what not, the camera has been dropping alot of frames. more than i have every seen with the camera.
is this a tape head issue? any body know any diagnostics that i can run to help ameliorate this issue?
i would appreciate any help.
