Cleaning Kit lens

I have the 18-200mm kit lens, and somehow specks of dust have gotten *inside* the first lens, I can see them on the second, and I have no idea of how to get at those to get rid of them...any ideas, or someone who has dealt with this? Thanks...
 
Thanks, Frank, since I just moved to Macau I guess I get to try and track down a shop here, must be one...appreciate the help, and your PP's that I use all the time on on my FS100...
 
Yep, you can't not get dust into these lenses but a good way of minimising dust ingress is to keep it retracted as much as possible and when it has been extended give the barrel a wipe with a micro fibre cloth.
