cleaning DVX100B needed

I took my DVX100B out today and grabbed a few shots around town. I got the head cleaning light and when i got home all of my footage was unusable. I've read the DIY head cleaning thread on this site, but i'm not up for the challenge. Where can I fund a place to service my camera for cleaning. I live in NJ. Surprisingly, Google didn't yield any results.

I'm also needing my 100A cleaned, I was planning on sending it to Specialized Communications but I called them this morning and they said they no longer service the DVX100's. This is the place I bought my HVX200 from too ... huh. I've been satisfied with them up until now but this time they weren't very helpful and couldn't refer me to another shop, the receptionist said the service manager is on the phone and didn't even offer to take a message. She said she was surprised they didn't service the 100's too. Might have to go with another vendor for my next camera ...

I think MACK service center in New Jersey works on them (I've had them work on extended warrantee stuff) - but I'd like to find a shop that specializes in pro level gear -- but might have to try MACK.

anyone know of a shop on the east coast I can send in my DVX100A ?
