Cleaning 3.5" LCD

I accidentally touched my LCD monitor and it left a smudge. Is it easy/possible to get rid of it, and how would I go about it? (could I use household supplies). Thanks.

I'm not 100 percent sure, but I would try lukewarm water and dishwashing sink soap.

I'd try to avoid water, not that it's likly do get inside but...

Good lens cleaning cloth i.e. the microfibre ones work well. If that isn't good enough, Kodak lens cleaning fluid and soft tissues. Alternatively Hoodman make a 2 pack cleaning system for LCD screens that they claim will even restore the finish. Doubt you need that at this stage.
