your next best bet is going to be a tape head cleaner. These aren't the best of ideas, but if you dont want to get the heads professionally cleaned, and dont want to do it yourself, they are your only option. Only use it for 10 seconds, no more than twice in a row, and only twice if the heads aren't totaly clean. Keep in mind that you can risk damaging your heads if its used too much...
