cinesaddle for EX3

I want to purchase a cinesaddle to use with my EX3 and am looking for advice on which one, the cinesaddle or the mini cinesaddle. The website shows a betacam on both these size cameras. I am unable to travel to the dealers to view so must do mail order. I do use the letus ultimate and nikon's with the EX3 if that makes much difference. Look forward to your advice, many thanks in advance.
 
I'd recommend the normal size one, I have one for my EX1. I don't have any adaptors, but the extra size would probably work better with the larger cinesaddle. Works well on a car bonnet too...
