Cineroid - AF - battery via a Swit or other? Abel blog entry

Shouldn't be a problem. Without knowing the draw from your ring-light and the specific battery, it's hard to say what the run-time
would be. If you get a syncro plate, then your light will only be on when the camera is recording .. that saves a lot right there.

You need to do some simple math to answer your question. It is a 37WH battery, meaning it can power a 37W load for one hour. Realistically you never want to do it as it would be stressing the battery and all the connectors out. Consider 20W load is the maximum you want to load the battery with. As the AF100 uses about 12.5W, you have about 7W to play with.

This is a brand new product, the battery fits the camera like a Panasonic OEM one - no adapter required.

I was looking at the pricier 70wt . Heavier as well, would rig under camera. Not sure yet, what ring light, 21 w dimmable 12vt likely.

I think the Endura 10S would power this fine... most LCD's are around 10w
max ... ring lights are 5 to 10W (usually).

So .. 12.5 + 10 + 10 is 32.5 and on the Endura 10s would get you
about 3 hours or so . and that's pretty conservative since you wouldn't
be running the ring if you had a synco
