Cinemorph Anamorphic-ish Filter

Hi Chrismagicc, There's a 90% chance we'll have the streak filters ready by Mid October. Waiting on more glass samples to come in before we finalize a bulk order.

In the mean time here is a video intercut using an Isco 1.75x Lens vs The CineMorph 58 (our current filter) on the 5D Mark II with the magical old Nikon 85mm f2 lens.http://vimeo.com/29524740

I'm gonna get a Rokinon 85mm f1.4 lens (fully manual, 72mm diameter lens) .Will it work on that if i get the 72mm Cinemorph? And then i'd just need to get a step up ring to use it with my 50mm supertakumar right?

Trying to get my head around these filters. Most of my lenses are Nikon AIS glass with 52mm threads, which you recommend as being very compatible with these filters. The thing that confuses me slightly is that I'm not using a FF camera, I'm using a m4/3s GH2. Since this camera is actually only looking through, essentially, a "window" in the middle of the lens will this affect the look of the filter? Will the bokeh element be cut off or appear larger than it should? The confusing thing is though if you stop the FF lenses down on the GH2 and look at an out of focus highlight, the highlight does immediately change from circular to the shape of the iris blades at the second widest aperture, which is the contrary to what you might expect. Hope someone knows what I mean and can clarify.
