A couple of years ago I ordered the G35 for my DVX100B. Four months after purchase and half a dozen email complaints later, I received shipment.
About a year ago I upgraded my equipment inventory. In February 2010, I ordered the G35 mount for my new HVX200. SEVEN months later and I'm still waiting for the product. I have sent emails to Jonathan. NOt sure what else to do ....
Any suggestions? (Aside from "don't order anything from them ever again" or "use something else besides the G35" etc.).
