Hi to all, well this is my dude. cineframe or not cineframe for a short film (INT/NIGHT - EXT/NIGHT - INT/DAY)
Is better shooting in cineframe mode or shoot normal mode and desinterlace in post with a REELSMART AE plugin.

Another question is if the final way will be a DVD is better shoot in HDV or simply is a lost of time and I would shoot in SD (DV)

thanks a lot

shoot hd so you can have advantage of recomposing your framing in post.

you're in europe so use cineframe 25 for filmic motion look. shoot 50i if you want to slow motion your shot in post.

once you downconvert, most artifacts at the hdv level will not be visible because they're going to be four times smaller. definetly better dvds.

I would rather reverse the pulldown of cineframe than take 60i and use natress you get major artifacts on movement.
